At Trailblaze Xplorers, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible so you can hit the trails and embark on your next adventure without delay. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If there’s a delay due to high demand or inventory verification, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Shipping Destinations
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand our reach—stay tuned for updates!
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on certain oversized items.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (exclusions may apply for oversized or heavy items).
  • Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
4. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your items. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
  • Oversized items (e.g., tents, kayaks, or large backpacks) may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email or log into your Trailblaz Explorers account to check the status.
  • Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order leaves our warehouse.
6. Delivery Details
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Carriers may require a signature for high-value items.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Trailblaz Explorers is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@trailblazexplorers.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • For lost packages, we’ll file a claim with the carrier and either replace your items or issue a refund, depending on availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
  • For pre-order or backordered items, shipping times may vary. Estimated availability will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation. We’ll ship these items as soon as they’re in stock, separate from in-stock items unless otherwise requested.
10. Weather or Unforeseen Delays
  • Shipping times may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated if your order is impacted and appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your gear safely.
