Check-in by Afternoon, Get together Party in the Evening @ 7 PM followed by Buffet Dinner.
29th June
Buffet Breakfast before 8AM & immediate departure for OFF-ROAD Trail followed by Lunch. Event Celebration @ 7PM followed by Buffet Dinner.
30th June
Breakfast & check-out before 12 noon.

Twin Sharing Basis: INR 15,500/person
Single Occupancy: INR 23,500/person
Terms & Condiction
1.Event Registration:
Participants must register for the event in advance to secure their spot.
Registration fees must be paid in full & in advance.
2.Attendance and Participation:
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled activities and events during the three-day gathering.
Any changes to attendance plans must be communicated to the event organisers in advance.
3.Code of Conduct:
Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be entertained.
4.Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the event organisers in advance.
5.Liability Waiver:
Participants agree to release the event organisers from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
6.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
NO Cancellation NO Refund is provided. Though the booking can and ONLY be transferred to any SUV owner by participants them selves and should be communicated before 24th of June to the event organisers in writing.
7.Photography and Media:
Participants consent to the use of their likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes related to the event.
8.Alcohol and Substance Use:
Participants must consume alcohol responsibly and adhere to any legal drinking age restrictions.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
9.Property Damage:
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to property or facilities during the event.
Any damage must be reported to the event organisers immediately.
10.Lost or Stolen Items:
Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
The event organisers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
11.Compliance with Local Laws:
Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations during the event.
Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event.
12.Changes to Schedule or Venue:
The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or venue if necessary.
Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
13.Emergency Procedures:
Participants must follow the instructions of event staff in case of emergency or evacuation.
14.Feedback and Suggestions:
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions to the event organisers for future improvements.
15.Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
